Management rates start at $5/day
Charged at the 1st of the month as low as $150/month per unit.
- 24/7 online access to all your property information, that is associated with your home - including but not limited to: agreements, leases, inspections, notices, invoices etc...
- Coordinate and meet, in person, with your tenants on move-in day for you. Includes Personal move-in orientation (1 hour with tenants)
- We do a full move-in inspection. You will get the full inspection for your records you can have access to any time through your portal.
- Software set up - both Landlord and Tenant get Portal access for rental payments, maintenance requests, and any other important information will be located in this portal.
- Rental Collection - We will collect the monthly rental payment and process the payment on an Auto Deposit into your bank account.
- 5 point Late Rental Collection Our team will reach out to tenants if rent is not paid on time, we will process any returned payment and be on call for any assistance needed in paying rent.
- Will advise you, the Landlord, on when to start the Eviction Process, and assist with the facilitation of getting you into the right hand to process the full eviction.
- All Maintenance Requests will be facilitated through our team.
- All Maintenance Requests will get up to 30 mins FREE of troubleshooting to save you the landlord money on maintenance costs.
- Monthly statements - Landlord monthly Breakdown of all their homes costs.
- Holding your tenant's security deposit in our Brokerage Trust account on your behalf.
- The landlord will have access to all our Preferred Maintenance Vendors.
- Facilitating the TurnOver Includes the scheduling of the move-in and move-out inspections, vendors, painters, cleaners, handymen, and changing keys/locks.
- Assist in Processing the Security Deposit forms that are required, on your behalf.
- Assist in Processing the Security Deposit money.
