John somehow convinced his wife Erica to buy a duplex instead of a single family home before they got married. 3 duplexes and 2 kids later, she still thinks buying a duplex was a great idea. John combines his backgrounds in property management, realtor, urban planning and customer service to provide a high tech/high touch service for his clients. His interest in sustainability has helped his clients save energy at their properties (investment or their personal homes) but also see significant cost savings over time.
I bring over 18 years of real estate expertise and specialize in helping Minnesota landlords grow their property portfolios. As a licensed Minnesota Realtor, I pay meticulous attention to the finer details that truly matter.
My journey in property management started in the vibrant college housing market of St. Cloud, MN, where I efficiently managed a remarkable 296 college bedrooms. After three years, I elevated my career by returning to the thriving Twin Cities area and becoming one of the true experts in this niche of real estate.
